70s Sheer Turquoise Day Dress

This very feminine dress buttons down the front with four off center small covered buttons. The top closes to form a jewel neckline and the flouncy ruffle covers the buttons. The dress has an elastic waist with a rolled tie and long sleeves with elastic and ruffles. The skirt is full.
