70s Plaid Mini Halter Dress

This is an adorable mini dress from the 70s.  It is made of a seersucker-like cotton nubby twill. The dress is halter style and ties around the neck. It has two side bust darts and a back zipper.  The simple "A" line style makes a great flare on this short mini dress.
