60s Silk Cheongsam Dress

This lovely wiggle dress was made in Hong Kong of turquoise silk with gold floral embellishments. The dress has the glamorous early 60s style with a fitted bodice and body hugging skirt. The bodice has a modified "v" neckline, bust darts, and gold trim. The skirt is lightly gathered, has a 10" side slit, and trim at the hem. The dress is fully lined, has a full back zipper, and its original sash/belt/tie. Beautifully constructed as was the standard for garments from Hong Kong at the time.
