40s Vintage Day Dress

This fantastic novelty print wrap dress is made of a blue/green cotton with white and yellow flowers. The dress crosses in the front and is secured with a tie. It has front shoulder tucks, a wide elastic waistband that starts on the sides and goes around the back, short sleeves with cuffs, a small lapel, and one front patch pocket. There are shoulder pads that can easily be removed.
