 SHIPPING

DLT items ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

DOMESTIC (USA) - Unless otherwise stated, clothing items will ship USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Most jewelry items ship USPS first class mail. Large items will ship USPS ground or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL - We ship USPS First Class Parcel. 

INSURANCE: Insurance is included for loss or damage on all parcels. Tracking on international packages is not available once the item has left the USA. 

VAT & CUSTOMS

The buyer is responsible for all tariff, import taxes, duties, value added taxes (VAT), or customs fees if applicable. The payment of these taxes is required before delivery and you may be have to pick up your parcel in person. Should an item be returned due to non payment of these fees we will refund the cost of the item once we have received it back (assuming it has been unopened and in in its original condition). Shipping fees are not refundable. In addition, due to a rather large number of items being returned for non-payment of these fees, a restocking charge of 15% may be accessed by DLT.

CUSTOMS: We abide by USA laws regarding customs declarations. All items are marked as merchandise and the sale prince it the declared value on all forms.

RETURNS

Domestic Returns are not accepted unless we have grossly misrepresented an item (which is rare). Please contact us within three days of delivery to discuss. 

International sales are final.

RETURNS FOR FIT ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Vintage items have been previously used and some wear is to be expected. We note all visible flaws in our listings. Please contact us if you have addition questions regarding the condition or fit of an item.
