Shipping & Returns


DLT items ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Domestic (USA) - Unless otherwise stated, we ship USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. 

International - We ship USPS First Class Parcel 

Taxes & fees on International purchases: The buyer is responsible for all tariff, import taxes, duties, value added taxes (VAT), or customs fees if applicable. The payment of these taxes is required before delivery and you may be have to pick up your parcel in person. Please be aware of these taxes/fees prior to purchase, they can be costly. Many countries post the tax rates on their websites. Should an item be returned due to non payment of these fees we will refund the cost of the item once we have received it back (assuming it has been unopened and in in its original condition). Shipping fees are not refundable. In addition, due to a rather large number of items being returned for non-payment of these fees, a restocking charge of 15% may be accessed by DLT.

Customs Declaration: We abide by USA laws regarding customs declarations. All items are marked as merchandise and the sale prince it the declared value on all forms.

Jewelry Items - unless otherwise stated, we ship USPS First Class Mail Insured both domestically and internationally. 

Some large items will ship USPS ground or UPS.

Insurance is included for loss or damage on all parcels. Tracking on international packages is not available once the item has left the USA.

We quote an estimated shipping fee based on weight and do refund overages of $1 or more when the actual postage is purchased.


USA: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund as long as we are notified by email within three (3) days of receipt of item that you intend to return it, the item is returned within seven (7) days, and the item is returned via priority mail with insurance and tracking.  A restocking fee may be accessed should we determine that the garment has been worn, altered or damaged and needs cleaning or repairs. Refunds will be credited via the method you paid. No refunds or returns will be accepted after 30 days. Any returns after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% and be given store credit only. Shipping is not refundable.

International:  International returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The above terms apply to International returns.

Any returns after 30 days are for store credit only.
